Sewing 101 for Homeschoolers

Service Description

Learn to use a sewing machine and sewing fundamentals in this 6-week course. You will learn how to use different sewing tools, about different types of fabric and make some small projects such as a pillowcase and drawstring bag. All materials will be provided, including the use of our sewing machines. Each week students will build on what they learned the previous week. You need to sign up for all 6 sessions when you register. Good class for beginners. Ages 10 and over, class size limit is 6 students. A parent or responsible adult will need to stay in the building during the class time. There is a quiet room to work and have access to free wifi. No food will be allowed in the sewing studio and only water may be brought into the room.
