Meditation Scroll Hand Embroidery Class

Service Description

Learn how using simple embroidery techniques and stitches can help you reach a meditative state. Through these hands-on lessons, you will be creating a fabric scroll as a way to record your thoughts. These simple techniques are a meaningful and mindful activity which has the potential to bring peace, resolution and harmony to your day. We will use natural fabrics of linen, cotton, and wool in soothing colors and soft threads to create a scroll which will be wrapped around a wooden spool. Your scroll will be a work in progress so that you can continue to add memories and enjoy your creation long after the class is finished.
